Sign up

Go to celbuxwallet.co.za , click on "Register" and then on "Sign me up" under "Wage Payer"

or

click on celbuxwallet.co.za/register/wage-payer

then

• Complete the "Payer Registration Form" by entering all the required details
  
• Upload a copy of your company CIPC documents or ID
  
• Accept the T&C’s and Submit !
  

Top up

• Make an EFT into one of the following Celbux bank accounts to top up your Celbux wallet.
  

                  ABSA Bank
                  Account Name     Celbux SA
                  Branch Number    632005
                  Cheque account   4089070713
                  Reference        [Your Celbux Username]
                      

  or

                  Nedbank
                  Account Name     Celbux SA
                  Branch Number    198765
                  Cheque account   1205636307
                  Reference        [Your Celbux Username]
                      

• Wait to be notified via email when the EFT reflects in your Celbux account
• Then you can pay out the wages (see below)
  

Pay out wages

As employer, you have three options to pay out wages:

• Send money individually to one or more wage earners

  • Login to your Celbux account evm.celbux.com
  • Click on Buy or Send
  • Click on Cell Number
  • Enter Amount and wage earner’s Cell Phone Number
  • Click on Done
  • Get immediate confirmation that money has been sent

• Upload a file to send money to many wage earners

  • Login to your Celbux account on celbuxwallet.co.za/login
  • Confirm that your Balance is adequate to fund your planned wage pay out
  • Click on Transactions
  • Click on Make Payments/Disbursements
  • Click on Upload CSV and select your payment file (download the provided template if needed)
  • File format should be .csv with the headings exactly as in the template
  • Follow the on-screen instructions
  • Once the payments have been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from escalations@celbux.com

• Email a file to escalations@celbux.com to send money to many wage earners

  • Use the same file format used to upload payment on celbuxwallet.co.za and email through to escalations@celbux.com
